Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using RightStack ("the Service"), operated by Splash Match LLC, doing business as RightStack ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RightStack is a SaaS platform designed to help small service businesses create invoices, send quotes, manage clients, and gain business insights. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access RightStack, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
RightStack offers subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate specified for your selected plan.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all features of your current plan until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining after cancellation.
No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan, you will continue to have access through the end of the paid period but will not receive a prorated refund for the unused months.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
RightStack offers a free plan with limited functionality. Free plan users may be subject to restrictions on the number of invoices, quotes, and other features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to RightStack ("Your Content"), including client information, invoices, and business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
We do not sell Your Content to third parties. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. Your client data remains yours.
RightStack includes AI-powered business insights generated using Anthropic's Claude API. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated insights for material business decisions.
The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by RightStack and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHTSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
