• Contact us: any information you provide when communicating with our team.

We also collect certain information automatically, including usage data, log data, and analytics about how you interact with the platform via Vercel Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the RightStack platform
• Send invoices and quotes to your clients on your behalf via email (through Resend)
• Process subscription payments and manage billing (through Stripe)
• Generate business insights and analytics powered by AI (through Anthropic)
• Send you account-related notifications and product updates
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your client data to train AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides PostgreSQL database hosting with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
